1. Nonconformance 1: Insufficient mechanical strength of hoses and connectors

The standard has a tension-torque test on hoses, and many samples have cracks or loose joints under 1 minute of tensile force. Most of the reasons are insufficient material wall thickness and thin buckle structure. The rectification is to increase the wall thickness of the hose, switch to a quick-connect joint with locking, and ensure rounded corners transition on the mold to avoid stress concentration. 2. Nonconformance 2: Electric brush head blocked and temperature rise exceeds the standard

When simulating hair entanglement, the brush-head motor is blocked and the winding temperature exceeds the limit. The rectification idea is to add overheating protection (thermal protector or PTC) to the motor, or limit the blocked rotor current in the circuit; at the same time, optimize the air duct to leave sufficient margin for the winding temperature under normal operating conditions. The meeting will specifically run under blocked rotor conditions, and the temperature rise curve will be handed over to R & D iteration, which usually will be within the limit within one or two rounds.

3. Nonconformance 3: Overheating of wireless battery and missing identification

Lithium battery vacuum cleaners are prone to overheating when charged abnormally and single cells fail. The key point of rectification is that the battery pack has a built-in protective plate (triple protection of overcharge, overdischarge, and short circuit), and the protective plate is physically isolated from the battery cell; at the same time, the instructions must indicate that the disassembly and charging environment are prohibited.
