On September 22, 2022, the U.S. CPSC announced a recall of cork-bottomed ceramic cups made in China. The recalled product is Acccompany USA cork-bottomed ceramic cups, which are sold as promotional products with company or other logos or given away for free. The product is white with a cork bottom and the size is approximately 4 inches high and 4 inches wide. When hot liquid is poured in, the cup may crack or break, risking burns.

The recalled products were sold in the United States from February 2022 to June 2022, with approximately 25000 units sold for approximately US$2. As of now, 1 report has been received that the product broke after being poured into hot liquid. No casualties were reported. CPSC recommends that use of the product be stopped immediately and contact Agreany USA for a full refund
