In recent years, the myopia rate among children and adolescents has remained high, and myopia has become increasingly younger and more severe. It is urgent to protect children’s vision.
Scope of application of the standard:

The standard stipulates textbooks, teaching aid materials, learning magazines, homework books, examination papers, learning newspapers, preschool children’s learning books related to myopia prevention and control, as well as general classroom lighting lamps, reading and writing homework desk lamps, and teaching multimedia. Hygiene requirements for children and adolescents ‘school supplies.
It is suitable for the production, production, operation and supply of children and adolescents ‘learning supplies (including textbooks, teaching auxiliary materials, learning magazines, homework books, examination papers, learning newspapers, preschool children’s learning books, ordinary classroom lighting, reading desk lamps, teaching multimedia products, etc.) produced, produced, operated and provided by enterprises, primary and secondary schools, secondary vocational schools, kindergartens and off-campus training institutions.
These include the hygiene requirements for ordinary classroom lighting and reading and writing desk lamps:
(1) Lamps should pass national compulsory product certification.
(2) The correlated color temperature of ordinary classroom lighting should not be less than 3300K and should not be greater than 5300K.
(3) The general color rendering index Ra should not be less than 80, and the R9 of LED lamps should be greater than 0.
(4) For lamps that are not exempted from retinal blue light hazard assessment, the blue light hazard group of general classroom lighting lamps and reading and writing desk lamps should reach RG0, and the blue light hazard group of blackboard local lighting lamps should reach RG0 or RG1.
(5) The fluctuation depth of the lamp should not exceed the corresponding limit to reduce the impact of flicker on the human eye.
(6) When the reading and writing desk lamp is in the normal working position, the illuminance and illuminance uniformity of the lamp should meet the corresponding requirements, and should have light-blocking properties to ensure that the light is bright and uniform without excessive glare.
