Alternating damp heat test refers to the periodic high and low temperature moist heat cycle test of temperature and humidity. It can constitute an alternate process of water vapor condensation and drying to accelerate the corrosion process. It is a common climate environment test. Alternating damp heat test simulates the impact of changes in environmental temperature and humidity on the product, and accelerates the corrosion process by alternating changes between temperature and humidity to evaluate the reliability and durability of the product. The main purpose of the test is to determine the suitability of a component, equipment, or other product for transportation, storage, and use under conditions that combine high humidity and temperature cycling, and typically produce condensation on the surface of the test specimen.

Processing process for alternating damp heat test report

1. Customer consultation;

2. Evaluate the quotation;

3. The applicant signs a testing contract with our company;

4. Payment by the applicant;

5. The applicant shall provide samples and materials (signed and stamped quotation, completed application form and payment voucher);

6. Test the samples (if the test fails, make rectification);

7. Issue a report after completing the test.
