The so-called three-comprehensive vibration test refers to adding environmental durability test to the vibration test. That is, while the vibration test is carried out, the product must be fixed in a temperature and humidity box, and temperature and humidity conditions must be applied according to requirements. Vibration test is carried out under temperature and humidity parameters.
Test purpose:
This experiment was designed to determine weak links in product design structure. Through the experimental result data of this test, product manufacturers can discover the working conditions and service life of the product under the preset use environment, thereby more accurate product maintenance conditions and ensuring the quality of batch production of the product.
Test effect:
·Vibration testing during the product development stage can find out which components have reliability problems in product design and manufacturing, so that the product design structure and production process can be timely improved and improved.
·Temperature and humidity test belongs to the climatic environment endurance test. Through the endurance test, the working life of the product under a specific use environment can be examined. Especially for some products used in harsh environments, the results of environmental durability tests help calculate the expected service life and maximum use range of the product.
·During the test process, the product is fixed on a vibration table with a temperature and humidity box, allowing the vibration test and temperature and humidity test to be combined. Before the test starts, the test cycle, vibration frequency, environmental temperature value, etc. are set according to product design requirements, and a certain number of cycles are carried out according to the set values during the test.
Test case:
·Test sample: driving record camera
·Number of tests: 3PCS
·Installation status: Simulate the actual loading status and fix it on the fixture at a certain angle
·Working mode: Mode 3.2 (i.e. connect the wiring harness and test under typical operating conditions)
·Test voltage: DC 14V
·Test axis: X, Y, and Z axes (corresponding to the horizontal, longitudinal, and vertical directions of the vehicle)
·Test time: 8h/axial direction, 24h in total
Test requirements:
3. After the comprehensive vibration test, the prototype will be inspected, including structural damage, loose parts, material rupture, abnormal functions, etc., and a test report will be provided based on the test data.
III Comprehensive vibration test report processing process
1. The customer consults and determines the test conditions;
2. Evaluate the quotation;
3. The applicant signs a testing contract with our company;
4. Payment by the applicant;
5. The applicant shall provide samples and materials (signed and stamped quotation, completed application form and payment voucher);
6. Test the samples;
7. Issue a report after completing the test.
