Due to the controversy surrounding the twist car balance scooter scooters, the Consumer Products Council (CPSC) announced that all manufacturers, importers, and dealers of balance cars (including twist cars) must produce, import, and sell balance cars in the United States. Meet the new standards, including the UL2272 balance car circuit system certification standard and the UL2271 balance car lithium battery new standard.
