Service Hotline 18617145297
At XunStd, we are committed to meeting the highest compliance standards realistically attainable, and our aim is to set the standard for compliance excellence within our sector.
Our framework is built on the Compliance Code issued by the TIC Council, which sets out the conduct and integrity requirements binding on all member organizations. Using this as a foundation, Ningbo Xuntong Standard Technology Service Co., Ltd. (XunStd) has produced its own Compliance Code — a formal document that details the supporting principles and operating rules we follow.
An Open Culture and a Reporting Channel
XunStd encourages an open, non-punitive culture in which concerns about integrity and professional ethics can be raised and discussed without fear. To support this, we operate a dedicated reporting hotline available to all employees, contractors, and anyone acting on XunStd’s behalf.
The hotline allows individuals to disclose, in confidence, suspected wrongdoing, breaches of the Compliance Code, or violations of any internal policy — including the Labour & Human Rights Policy and the Modern Slavery Policy.

Zero Tolerance and Individual Accountability
XunStd maintains a zero-tolerance position on compliance breaches. All personnel must sign an acknowledgment confirming their understanding that any violation of the Compliance Code may result in disciplinary action, up to and including immediate termination without notice.
Our Core Objectives for the Compliance Code
In implementing the Compliance Code, XunStd pursues these goals:
1. Apply industry-leading, best-practice policies across every internal control process;
2. Build a culture where every employee clearly understands the expected standards of conduct;
3. Monitor compliance with internal controls and mandatory reporting requirements;
4. Avoid conflicts of interest and operate transparently, responsibly, and in full accordance with local law and internationally recognised standards;
5. Eradicate bribery and all other forms of corporate corruption;
6. Safeguard the strict confidentiality of all work performed by the organisation.
Internal Controls and Audit Oversight
The Compliance Board carries ultimate responsibility for designing, implementing, and reviewing the effectiveness of XunStd’s compliance-focused internal control system. It should be recognised, however, that such systems can only reduce — not eliminate — risks to service delivery, and they provide reasonable, not absolute, assurance against material misstatement or financial loss.
In addition to routine internal compliance and quality audits, the Compliance Board runs ongoing processes to identify, assess, and manage material risks — including those arising from social, environmental, and ethical issues — that could affect XunStd’s short- and long-term value. Throughout each fiscal year, the Audit Committee evaluates how well the internal control framework is performing.
Specifically, it reviews and continuously refines the processes for identifying and assessing material business risks, together with the related risk-management policies and procedures. These governance arrangements are further reinforced by the Intertek Code of Ethics, which offers practical, day-to-day guidance for all staff.
